somebody has to want something badly

my protagonist..that is truly a strange word. proto type of an antagonist.
well anyway my main character thus far doesn't want anything badly..well actually tht probably isn't true. depening on her perspective she may want it badly..and i guess she does. What the lead character wants should be important. How important?
very very important..life changing..i think so..it is integral to her metamorphosis.

then there needs to be an antagonist or a villain..i have one but i don't like him and i want to create a villain that i quite like..yes..think i'll go do that now.
