1. incubate a dream ( intention/honoring/breathing into/receptive to)
2. Receive the dream - open to this communication
3. Honor the dream in some tangible and tangibly creative way.

one of infinite ways is to write something...perhaps a haiku..or whatever you feel moved to write...and then be with it through the next day , life, moment, whatever
but stay connected to the message.
