There are daze

and days two

when it is easy and even fun to discern the meaning in a sprained ankle that
well not heal.

Many blessings - a re turn to Bach flower, deepening awareness of Chiron and the Centaurs. Taped a t.v. show on this which airs in June. Tried a week of being a vegetarian and then a week of raw food. Writing is going well. There are many good healing things that I am enjoy and will share.

still my ankle is not healing
the alignment of my body is not pleased
body and mind are one
I want to dance again.
