feeling good in the life stream today although it is far bloody hotter than i would like.

ah - the alchemy - quite a lot of fire.
but the iron y. is that the fire feels stultifying

rather than
inspiring

yet i can take a shower.

which i shall.

adding water to the fire and
see/sea where the steam takes me.
