There are daze

when it is easy and even fun to discern the meaning in a sprained ankle that
well not heal.

Many blessings - a re turn to Bach flower, deepening awareness of Chiron and the Centaurs. Taped a t.v. show on this which airs in June. Tried a week of being a vegetarian and then a week of raw food. Writing is going well. There are many good healing things that I am enjoy and will share.

Tarot Star Card - The Natural Intelligence

Wonderfuly windy.
The air is wonderful for Yoga, especially, in between the rains.

Remembering walking though Wales.
about twenty miles a day between bed and breakfasts.

the most rain in twenty years.
a man said "no bother bit of the mist, carry on."

Love this way of looking at the journey.

Teaching the Star card next Thursday. Love how the Major Arcana (Major Secrets)
are containing. Appreciate how they invite us to walk through their doorways and explore.
one of the things i'm exploring this week is eating vegetarian with an emphasis on raw.
never did this before. in the moment it's feeling natural, energizing and
quite brilliant.
