lovely long deepening darkening times of suspension, surrender, sanctuary and solitude before the rebirth of the day's lengtening de light - well, potential de light. may it be so. journey well in these times......skol - laurel

Winter Solstice Yoga this Wed

on the eve of winter solstice (gloaming) time
We will meet at 9:15pm to practice yoga, align with the turning of the wheel of the year and honor this feminine time of deepening.

The time to ideally celebrate any of the ancient turnings is the eve of, the night before.
Wonderful we can meet at this time.

Winter Solstice is about feeling into and nourishing the most yin aspect of our being.
From this nourishment the new year is born.

Looking forward to honoring and enjoying this timeless/time together as we meet, as women have done -- candles burning -- sacred flame within and without- strong and vital -- since the beginning of time and before.
