Insouciant Perks

I've never heard of SlipStream genre; I wonder if it is about literally slipping into a stream in a different world and not being able to slip out?  (wry grin). Although I am aware of various names of genres, I don't yet know the difference between cyber punk or cyber funk, though I imagine I know the difference. I wonder what psychedelic romance means to others or celtic romance novels with insouciant perks that shapeshift into divorcing oneself from reality to remain in the same book.  Enjoy the Day........
